Chlorothalonil 75% WP, 720 g/L, 40% suspending agent, 83% water-dispersible granules, 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 45% smoke agent.
Chlorothalonil is an organochlorine-based extremely broad-spectrum protective and low-toxic fungicide. It has no systemic conduction effect. It has good adhesion properties after being sprayed on the surface of plants and is not easily washed away by rain. The agent has a long lasting effect. Its bactericidal mechanism is to combine with the cysteine of 3-glyceraldehyde phosphate dehydrogenase in fungal cells, destroying the metabolism of the cells and causing them to lose their vitality. Chlorothalonil mainly protects plants from bacterial infection and is basically ineffective against pathogens that have already invaded the plant. Medication must be applied before the pathogen infects the host plant to obtain the ideal disease prevention effect. Continuous use of the medication will make it less likely that the pathogen will develop drug resistance.
(1)Early leaf falling diseases, scab, anthracnose, and ring spot of apples
Start spraying about 10 days after the apples fall. Use them alternately with therapeutic agents such as tebuconazole, carbendazim, thiophanate-methyl, difenoconazole, and spray continuously once every 10 to 15 days. Chlorothalonil is generally used as 75% wettable powder 800-1000 times liquid, or 720 g/L suspension 1000-1200 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granules 1000-1200 times liquid, or spray 600~800 times of 40% suspension agent evenly.
(2)
Spray evenly from the early stage of disease occurrence or when lesions first appear, once every 10-15 days, and spray 2-3 times continuously. The dosage of pesticides is the same as that of "Apple Disease".
(3)Grape diseases
Spray once before and after flowering to prevent black pox, cob brown blight, and downy mildew. When preventing and treating downy mildew, start spraying when the lesions first appear, once every 10 days, and spray 5 to 7 times in a row (pay attention to alternate use with therapeutic agents), and also prevent anthracnose, brown spot, and powdery mildew. When the fruit is about to color, start spraying to control anthracnose, once every 10 days, and spray 3 to 4 times in a row (note that it should be used alternately with therapeutic agents) to prevent downy mildew, brown spot, and powdery mildew. Generally use 75% wettable powder 600~800 times liquid, or 720 g/L suspending agent 600~800 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granule 700~900 times liquid, or 40% suspending agent 400~500 times liquid evenly spray. It should be noted that red grape berries are sensitive to chlorothalonil and are only suitable for spraying after all the berries are bagged.
(4)Peach tree diseases
When controlling scab (scab disease), start spraying 20 to 30 days after flowers fall, once every 10 to 15 days, until 1 month before fruit harvest, and also prevent fungal perforation diseases. When preventing and controlling brown rot, start spraying 1.5 months before fruit harvest, once every 10 days, and spray 2 to 4 times in a row.Generally use 75% wettable powder 800~1000 times liquid, or 720g/L suspension agent 1000~1200 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granules 1000~1200 times liquid, or spray 600~800 times of 40% suspension agent evenly.
(5)Strawberry diseases
Spray once at the early, middle, and late stages of flowering, and have good control effects on powdery mildew, gray mold, brown spot, and leaf blight. Generally use 75% wettable powder 600~800 times liquid, or 720 g/L suspension concentrate 800~1000 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granule 800~1000 times liquid, or 40% suspending agent 400~500 times liquid evenly spray.
(6)Citrus scab, sand skin disease, anthracnose, scab, macula
Spray 1 or 2 times during the spring shoot growth period, petal shedding period, summer shoot growth period, autumn shoot growth period and fruit expansion to color change period. Generally use 75% wettable powder 600~800 times liquid, or 720g/L suspension agent 800~1000 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granules 800~1000 times liquid, or spray 600~800 times of 40% suspension agent evenly.
(7)Banana leaf spot and scab
Start spraying from the early stage of disease occurrence, once every 10 days or so, and spray 2-3 times in a row. Generally use 75% wettable powder 500~700 times liquid, or 720g/L suspension agent 600~800 times liquid, or 83% water dispersible granules 600~800 times liquid, or 40% suspension agent 400~500 times liquid spray evenly.
(8)Botrytis and flower rot of fruit trees in protected areas
In addition to the above-mentioned spray prevention and control, medicine can also be administered through fumigation. When fumigating to prevent and control diseases, start using medicine before the disease occurs or when it is cloudy for 2 consecutive days. Generally, 150 to 180 grams of 45% smoke agent or 170 to 200 grams of 40% smoke agent per mu (1 mu=666.67 square meters) is used, or 200-250 grams of 30% smoke agent, or 350-400 grams of 20% smoke agent, or 700-800 grams of 10% smoke agent, ignite in multiple points evenly, and then smoke in an airtight manner overnight. After the shed is smoked, it must be ventilated the next day before entering the shed for farming operations.
Chlorothalonil is poisonous to fish, and the liquid medicine should not pollute fish ponds, rivers, lakes and other waters. It cannot be mixed with alkaline pesticides such as lime sulfur mixture and Bordeaux mixture. Phytotoxicity may occur on red grapes and mangoes, so it should be used with caution. Phytotoxicity will occur if the concentration is too high on pear, persimmon, peach, plum and apple trees and other plants; if mixed with fenitrothion, phytotoxicity will easily occur on peach trees. There may be some precipitation in the suspension, but it will not affect the efficacy of the drug before use after shaking. Pay attention to safety protection when taking medicine. If the medicine splashes into your eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of water for 15 minutes until the pain disappears. Do not induce vomiting after accidental ingestion. Send to the hospital for symptomatic treatment immediately.
